Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability. Please reach out before returning any item.
Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return. Final sale items are non-returnable.
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Every ZHADL frame is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, drops, or damage caused by misuse.
